Estimates and Scope of Work
All estimates provided are based on our initial assessment and are subject to change if the project scope changes or if hidden issues are discovered during the work. We will always discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding. A written quote outlines the specific tasks we agree to perform; any work requested outside of that list will be considered a separate job and billed accordingly.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Regarding liability: while we strive for excellence, George The Handyman is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control. Our work is covered by a limited 30-day labor warranty, excluding normal wear and tear or materials provided by the customer.
